Why am I still receiving earnings from the APAC Marketplace Partners Program even after opting out?

Opting out of a program is a straightforward way to discontinue your participation. However, it might be unexpected to continue receiving earnings from a program after opting out. This article explains why you may still be receiving earnings from the APAC Marketplace Partners Program despite having opted out.

Pending quotations before content removal

Some of your content may have already been included in pending quotations, and clients may still complete their purchases if those quotations are approved. For example, if you opt out by February 20th, your content will be removed before April 15th, but you may still receive sales during May, June, and July.

To illustrate a rare, longest possible period scenario:

• If you opt out on January 1st, your content will be removed from our partners’ websites by April 15th.
• Sales of your content could still be recorded until July 15th, due to the three-month grace period for pending quotations.
• You will receive the payment for these sales between November 15th and 18th, as payments are made in the fourth month after the sales date.
