How to register as a member
  1. Not yet a member? Sign up to register as one.

    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address you will be using
    • A strong password

  2. Tick the checkbox to receive MotionElements’s newsletters for special discounts and updates.

  3. Then, click the Sign up button.

  4. Check the email you have used in this registration to verify your email.
    a) Click Activate your account in the email from MotionElements.

If you don’t receive the verification email, click the Resend Email or check the Spam folder. The generated verification link will only be valid for 14 days.

  1. Complete your profile information and the setting preferences in this account and Save.

  2. Enjoy our service! Search, add favorites, purchase, and download the stock content you like.

How to download free stock content

  • Members: 5 free downloads every week.
  • Invite your friends and download up to 30 free stock content every week.
  • All free stock content are royalty-free and safe for commercial use in any media and multiple projects.

  1. Log in to your MotionElements account.

  1. On the landing page, click on the Explore menu to display all available media types.

  1. Go to the media type you want.

  1. Type the keyword in the search box.

  2. Access free stock content in 2 ways: 1) Filter Free on the search page or 2) use the Free Downloads link.

      1. On the search page, click the price category and check Free.

      1. Select the free content you like from the filtered results and download it.

    2. Use the Free Downloads link you can find at the footer on all the site's landing pages.

Earn free downloads with Invite A Friend Program

(The Invite A Friend Program is a MotionElements referral program that entitles you to 5 free downloads when you invite a friend to create a MotionElements account)

You can invite a friend using your unique referral link or the MotionElements invite email. After your friend's account is approved, your free 5 downloads will be promptly credited to your account.

To invite a friend to join MotionElements, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom footer of the MotionElements homepage.

  1. Select Free Downloads. The Free Downloads page is displayed.
  2. Scroll down to the Downloading Steps section.

  1. Select Invite Now. The following dialog box is displayed.

  1. Invite a friend using any of the following methods:
    • Invite via email. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite in Enter emails field, and then select Send Invites. A success status message of your invite is displayed below the field.
    • Invite with unique link. Copy and send the link to the person you want to invite. You also have the option to directly share your unique link in your Facebook timeline. To do this, select Share on Facebook. A Facebook page will open in a new tab. Proceed as necessary.
  2. Instruct your friend to create an account using your unique link or the registration link in the invite email they received.

Note: MotionElements reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Invite a Friend program or a user's right to avail the program at any time, for any reason. Unclaimed free stock content will be waived at this event.

FAQ

  • Who can I invite?

    Anyone who is not yet a MotionElements member. The person must register with a different name, email address, and billing information (e.g. address, payment method) from you.

  • How should my friend sign up?

    Your friend must create a MotionElements account using your unique link or the registration link in the invite email they receive.

  • How many free stock content do I get per referral?

    One successful referral will entitle you to 5 free stock content, in addition to your weekly default 5 free content. However, note that you are subjected to a maximum limit of 30 free stock content per week.

  • How long does it take for me to receive my free stock content?

    Your free stock content quota will be activated after your friend's account is approved.
    After your friend creates an account in MotionElements, we will evaluate the registration.
    This process will take around three to four working days. Once your friend's account is approved, MotionElements will notify you that you have been credited your free stock content from your referral.

Can I share my account with my team member in my company?

You must subscribe to a Team Plan along with the specified headcount to share with your company team members.

  1. Leave your contact information here to get contacted by our reseller.
  2. Fill in all the necessary information required on the page.
  3. Do not forget to select your desired media type options.
  4. Click Request a Demo to submit.

I’m the only video editor in my company. Should I additionally buy a Team Plan?

There is no need to buy a Team Plan in your case as you are the only one (single-user) using the MotionElements Account.

Should you plan to share your account with other team members (multiple-users), a Team Plan must be purchased.

I can't log in

Change or reset your password.

  1. On the login page, click Forgot your password?

  2. Enter your email address so we can send you the password reset email.

  3. Check your email from us. Click Reset Password and input your new password.

    • Note: the verification link is valid only for one day.

  4. Log in using your new password.

Why does it say my password is wrong?

  1. Type in your account details > Click Show.
  2. Double check that you have entered the correct username or email address and password.
  • Passwords are case-sensitive (it matters if they have capital or lower-case letters), so check that you didn’t get the case of one of the letters wrong.

Create a new account with your current email address if any of this applies to you:-

  • I forgot the email address used during registration.
  • I typed in the wrong email address during registration.
  • I forgot both my registered email address and password.
  • My registered email address is no longer in use.

We cannot identify you without your registered email address.

How to update member profile

(Below is a guide to updating your member profile. )
Note that changing the contact info and address will automatically update the billing address used for the invoice/receipt.

  1. Log in to your MotionElements account.

  2. Account Name > My Account.

  5. Tick the box to receive email notifications from us. You can unsubscribe anytime.

How to close account

If you have an active Unlimited Subscription plan, you must cancel it before deleting your account.

  1. To close your account, first, log in to your account. Click My Account.

  1. From My Account, go to Settings and select Profile.

  1. On the Profile tab, scroll down to the Delete account section.

  1. Select the option “No. I‘m sure I want to close my account” and click Delete to close your account.

  • Upon closure of your account, you’ll no longer be able to re-download your purchased stock content.
  • However, the use of your purchased and downloaded royalty-free stock content will not be interrupted.
