      How to upload files in bulk by FTP

      FTP upload is only available for Video, Music, Photo / Vector and 3D Model.
      For all other media types, please upload via our upload page.

      FTP is the recommended way to upload large quantities of files.

      How to create a new FTP account?

      1. To set up FTP upload go to the Global Content+ Program & Add-ons page.

      1. Click Select to set up your FTP account. Username will be the same as your MotionElements username. Choose a different password from your MotionElements login for added security.

      Download and setup FTP software

      1. On your FTP program provide the following details:
        Host: ftp.motionelements.com
        User: (your MotionElements Username)
        Password: (the FTP password you set above)

      2. Setup Encryption
        On your FTP software, set your encryption to “Require explicit FTP over TLS” to ensure your privacy is protected.
