    How to close account

    1. To close your account, first, log in to your account. Click My Account.

    1. From My Account, go to Settings and select Profile.

    1. On the Profile tab, scroll down to the Close account section.

    1. Select the option “No. I‘m sure I want to close my account” and click Submit to close your account.

    • Upon closure of your account, you’ll no longer be able to re-download your purchased stock content.
    • However, the use of your purchased and downloaded royalty-free stock content will not be interrupted.
    • If you have a subscription, it will be automatically canceled and will not auto-renew after 12 months.
