Our subscription catalog is a selection of stock content from our marketplace.
As a subscriber, you can download any stock content marked with the subscription icon.

To view all content within the subscription catalog available for download, use the subscription filter on the search page.

How to purchase unlimited subscription and download content under subscription?

(This article will provide step-by-step instructions showing how to download stock content from Unlimited Subscription.)

Step 1: Login to the account you’d like to use to purchase the Unlimited Subscription.

Remember the account you used to purchase. You’ll need to login to this account from now on to enjoy the subscription.
(If you do not have one, sign up for a free member account here.)

Step 2: Go to Unlimited Subscription page and click on “Subscribe Now” if you’d like to purchase the subscription and confirm all details on screen.
Upon confirmation, click “Make Payment” to pay via your credit card.

Step 3: Once you’ve completed the payment, go to your buyer account dashboard and find “Subscription” in the drop down menu. Selecting it will lead you to an overview of your purchased subscription.

Step 4: In this overview page, you will find the Unlimited Subscription you purchased; more importantly, take note your renewal date in the Billing area.

If you do not want to continue your Unlimited Subscription beyond your subscription term, please unsubscribe it by clicking “Cancel Subscription” before the end of your billing period.

You can view or change your payment info at your dashboard.

Go to My Account > Payment Methods.
To edit a payment method, select the card that you wish to edit: Click > Change. Enter updated payment information accordingly and Click > Save card.

Please note that we do not store your credit card details and is captured directly by our payment gateway provider, Stripe.

In the “Transaction History” section, find details of your past transactions. Here we present a complete record of when you started, renewed and canceled your current and past Subscription.

Step 5: Please note that only stock content with the thunder icon are available for download within the Subscription. For those that do not have a thunder icon, you can buy them individually when you need it.

Selecting the filter checkbox on the left “Subscription Elements” will conveniently help display for you at once all the stock content available for download within Unlimited Subscription.

Step 6: Any stock content you like that has the thunder icon means it is available for download within the subscription. Simply click Select to download and find the content in your Download Box.

Download is complete!

Any additional cost after subscribing or restrictions in usage?

(The only fee you'll be paying is the subscription fee.)

Once you have subscribed, there are no additional costs or licensing fees to use the stock content you have downloaded within your subscription.

Are there restrictions in usage?

Our Unlimited Subscription gives you access to everything in our all media type subscription library with unlimited downloads throughout the year, meaning you are free to download and use as many stock contents as you like for your projects.

Just remember there’s a set bandwidth allocated for each subscriber / per day to ensure all of our subscribers get sufficient bandwidth to download everything they need in a timely manner.

As per our user terms, please remember:

the subscription comes with a single-user license (single seat).
no scripts or robots are allowed.
no sharing of accounts or use of automated software to scrape and mass download stock contents.

You should only download stock content when you have an intention to use them or have an active project.
Proper usage of the subscription will ensure our contributors get paid fairly for the work that you have downloaded.

I bought a subscription. Why do I still have to pay for some items?

Our subscription catalog is a selection of stock content from our marketplace. Our contributors are free to decide if they would like to offer their content within subscription.

If the stock content you want is not available for download within subscription, you can easily purchase them individually with your credit card or PayPal.

Is there a monthly payment option?

No, there is no monthly payment option.

To keep things simple for our subscribers, we are only offering one option if you would like to subscribe.
Our Annual Subscription is billed annually (one time payment for 12 months of downloads).

How will I be billed for my subscription?

To ensure uninterrupted service, our subscription automatically renews annually.

The billing date is the same date that you enrolled in your subscription.
Eg. if you enrolled for the plan on Jan 10 this year, then your subsequent billing date would be on Jan 10 of the following year.

Only credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and UnionPay) via Stripe is available for subscription.

If you do not wish to renew your subscription, simply cancel at your account dashboard before the end of your billing period.

What is auto-renew?

Once you are an active subscriber, your subscription automatically renews as long as your billing information is valid and you have not cancelled.

Our subscription automatically renews annually. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can simply cancel the plan at any time at your account dashboard before the end of your billing period.

(Even after you cancel your subscription, you’ll still enjoy the unlimited download until the end of your billing cycle.)

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you don’t wish to renew your subscription, do cancel before the end of your billing period so you will not be charged.

To cancel your subscription or manage your plan renewal, you have the option for self-service cancellation at your dashboard.

Canceling the subscription does not affect your usage of the plan - it just means your plan will not renew the following year.
You can still enjoy the subscription and download as your project needs till the end of the billing cycle.

Do I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

In short, no.

Since you're paying for the entire year, we give a significant discount on our plan in exchange for your commitment for the 12 months.

Eg. If you purchase the subscription in Jan and choose to cancel in Feb, there will be no pro-rated refund of the annual fee. You will continue to enjoy unlimited downloads till Dec (for the full 12 months).

You are however, free to cancel your subscription anytime at your dashboard to avoid future payments after the current billing period ends.

Can I share the subscription with my team members / company?

(Yes, you are allowed to share the subscription if you purchase a multi-seat license.)

Increase productivity and creativity by allowing your teams to co-create faster.

To share the subscription with multiple users, you must have the multi-seat license and required number of headcount (Team Plan).

Eg. If you buy a multi-seat license plan for 10, you can share the subscription with 10 people in the company.

Our default subscription (Unlimited Subscription) is a single-seat licensed plan and cannot be shared with anyone else, i.e. this is only for individual use.

Can I still download any new stock content once I cancel my subscription?

Yes. even after you cancel your subscription, you’ll still enjoy the unlimited download until the end of your billing cycle.

Can I use the downloaded stock content even after I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Once you have licensed the stock contents, the license is permanent.
You can continue to use the stock content regardless of your subscription status, even if you no longer have a subscription plan.
