What are the accepted payment methods?

For ​​Pay-per-item purchases, two payment methods are accepted.

To subscribe to our Unlimited Subscription, only credit card payment via Stripe is accepted.

Where can I download my invoice / receipt?

When you pay for an item or buy a subscription, an invoice / receipt will be generated automatically.

All invoices / receipts for purchases are stored in your account, so you can access and / or print them whenever you want.

  1. Log in to your MotionElements account.

  2. Go to My Account > Purchase History from the left panel.

  1. In the Invoice / Receipt column, click download and save the document to your device.

OPTIONAL - Issue invoice / receipt under company name

  • Go to My Account > Settings > Billing > Issue Invoice / Receipt Under Company Name > update the necessary company information > Save.

  • Then return to Purchase History > Invoice / Receipt > to reissue the invoice / receipt with company name > and save the document to your device.

  • When you buy a subscription it comes with one invoice / receipt issued for the annual plan.

  • Individual invoice / receipt will not be issued for each stock content subscription download.

What is this “Foreign Transaction Fee” on my credit card statement?

MotionElements charges our buyers only the amount stated on our website.

If you see a higher amount reflected in your credit card statement, this is likely due to your credit card issuer imposing a foreign transaction fee (or international transaction fee) on a transaction that takes place overseas or with a foreign merchant.

You should reach out to your credit card issuer if you require further clarifications about the fee.

View, edit or delete a payment method

When you buy any product or a subscription plan, you can choose to save that credit card for future purchases. You can save a card in the Payment methods tab before buying anything. That way, you don’t have to input the card information every time you are buying a product.

View and manage Payment methods:

  1. Accessing Payment methods: Go to My Account and click on Payment methods. Here, you can view all saved cards, including the one used for your subscription purchase.

  1. Removing a Payment method: You can remove a payment method any time by clicking on the Delete button.

Managing Subscription payments:

  1. Replacing a Subscription card: To replace the card used for your subscription or update an expiring card, go to the Subscription tab.
    • Editing Subscription details: Click the Edit button (pencil icon) on the right side of your screen.

  • Adding a new card: Enter the details of your new card and click Save changes.

You will immediately see that card listed.

Now, simply select the new card to be the card that will be used to renew your subscription.

  • Deleting the old card: After adding the new card, you can choose to delete the previous one from Payment methods.
  1. Canceling your subscription: If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it at the Subscription tab before you are able to delete the associated credit card at the Payment methods tab.

Before you try to remove a payment method, note that if you have an active subscription:
Your subscription account needs at least one payment method on file.

Refund Policy

Based on MotionElements's refund policy, we will offer a refund within 30 days of purchase in the event:

  1. The product is not up to the specifications as described in the product page;
  2. The product is not of acceptable quality;
  3. You are unable to download your purchase.

If any of the above scenarios apply, please fill up our Online Refund Request form.

We will assess other refund requests based on their merits. There is no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

Situations when a product may not be refunded

  1. You changed your mind about the product;
  2. You don't want the product after you've downloaded it;
  3. You bought a product by mistake;
  4. The product did not meet your expectations;
  5. You do not have sufficient expertise to use the product.
  6. You ask for goodwill to return the product; or
  7. You cannot access the product because it has been removed (we advise you to download products as soon as you have purchased them to prevent this from happening).

All refunds will be done using the same payment method used to make the purchase. If the product was bought using a particular payment method, you will be refunded using the same payment method.

Kindly note that refunds can only be processed through our Online Refund Request.
