When you pay for an item or buy a subscription, an invoice / receipt will be generated automatically.
All invoices / receipts for purchases are stored in your account, so you can access and / or print them whenever you want.
Log in to your MotionElements account.
Go to My Account > Purchase History from the left panel.

When you buy a subscription it comes with one invoice / receipt issued for the annual plan.
Individual invoice / receipt will not be issued for each stock content subscription download.
Based on MotionElements's refund policy, we will offer a refund within 30 days of purchase in the event:

All refunds will be done using the same payment method used to make the purchase. If the product was bought using a particular payment method, you will be refunded using the same payment method.
