Where can I download my invoice / receipt?

When you pay for an item or buy a subscription, an invoice / receipt will be generated automatically.
All invoices / receipts for purchases are stored in your account, so you can access and / or print them whenever you want.
Log in to your MotionElements account.
Go to My Account > Purchase History from the left panel.
- In the Invoice / Receipt column, click download and save the document to your device.
OPTIONAL - Issue invoice / receipt under company name
- Go to My Account > Settings > Billing > Issue Invoice / Receipt Under Company Name > update the necessary company information > Save.
- Then return to Purchase History > Invoice / Receipt > to reissue the invoice / receipt with company name > and save the document to your device.
When you buy a subscription it comes with one invoice / receipt issued for the annual plan.
Individual invoice / receipt will not be issued for each stock content subscription download.
