To import a preset into Premiere Pro, except for creating a new project file and import, you may also follow the steps below:

1. Click the icon of three lines beside “Effects” on Effects Panel,
   

2. Select “Import Presets”,
   

3. Select the preset file you want to import,
   

4. Now, presets included in a preset file appear inside Effects Panel.
