How to close account

If you have an active Unlimited Subscription plan, you must cancel it before deleting your account.

  1. To close your account, first, log in to your account. Click My Account.

  1. From My Account, go to Settings and select Profile.

  1. On the Profile tab, scroll down to the Delete account section.

  1. Select the option “No. I‘m sure I want to close my account” and click Delete to close your account.

  • Upon closure of your account, you’ll no longer be able to re-download your purchased stock content.

  • However, the use of your purchased and downloaded royalty-free stock content will not be interrupted.
