Mandatory guidelines for stock content containing nudity

For stock video submissions containing nude content:

1. The model release must be attached and accompanied by a photo ID of the model;

2. Submissions must not contain sexually explicit material or any illegal content. Sexually explicit material is “the dominant theme of which is the depiction or description of nudity, including sexual or excretory activities or organs, in a lascivious way.”

3. The decision to publish or reject stock content containing nudity will be made at the sole discretion of MotionElements.
