Can I use logos and sample stock content from other marketplace in my content?

Uploading content to us with other marketplace logo and audio watermark / brand logo is a trademark infringement with legal ramifications. All such unauthorised use of registered trademarks infringes on the intellectual property rights of its owners. The legal and rights management team from the copyright holder can choose to take any legal action that is necessary to protect their rights against you.

However, MotionElements allows you to post our logos and preview files on other marketplaces. We will not request for any takedown. You are free to use logos and sample files of MotionElements elsewhere.
